carnivale, really interesting program shit ending because they had no warning of cancellation,
Heroes, even if the last series wasn't the best, could've fixed the problems with it easily.

With no offence to any Americas here, they seem to lose interest quickly if the plot drops off a bit one week, and then the networks seem to drop the show rather than try and improve it. I'm a huge fan of 24 which nearly got pulled after season 1 because it had no interest with the US audience, but because it was more sucessful overseas Fox continued it. Its a shame more networks dont put that much trust in shows.
