  Without a doubt KnightRider had one of the best theme music. It was, and still is, just so cool.
  Also, the Pink Panther music was brilliant. Oh and the Happy Days music. Bloody cheesy but still good.

  Glad I found this as I would have started one otherwise...
  For starters how about Blakes 7, I loved the Liberator, one of the best sci-fi ships ever..
  
  
  
  and now for Buck Rogers, this is the original pilot (singing) opening.. I'm still in love with Wilma Deering.. (Oh and Pamela Hensley's not bad either)

  Back before you had sky and a gazillion channels to choose from, we were very limited, but these brightened up my days.
  Dah, Da-Da, Da-Da-Da, Dah... cue the music then Sandy Frank presents scrolls up and you know it's time for "BATTLE OF THE PLANETS", the americanised version of Gatchaman, so bloody awesome as a kid, even the annoying (supposedly comedic) 7-zark-7 couldn't put you off this wonderful series, fiery phoenix yeah... go G-Force
  
  
  
  and of course the equally wonderful Star Fleet (or X-Bomber); Megazord my ass, Dai-X will kick your butt any day of the week...
  
  
  
  and who can forget the Terrahawks (filmed in Super MacroMation :P), I even bought the Kate Kestrel single release SOS...

  Buffy definately had one of the best themes, the band that did it totally dissapeared though so if they made a good deal they were probably very happy that they used their song for it lol.

  Well in my opinion it has to be Fresh prince of Bel Air that theme song is a classic everyone knows that! I also like Dog the Bounty Hunters theme too. It's not from a movie or show but "guilles" theme from street fighter is awesome love that song.

  For all you western lovers, you must remember these, a couple of the best.
  This one had the beautiful Victoria, the moody Manolito, and of course Uncle Buck...

  I don't know how many of you are old enough to have watched this, or even seen it on re-runs somewhere, but they sure don't make em like this anymore.
  Size of an elephant..... that's a clue...
