  Similar idea to the thread i started on music from films, what tv shows feature the best music within the show, and if you want which have the best/most recognisable theme song?
  
  In the case of music played within a program the best for me has to be Supernatural, pretty much all classic rock and kansas on every series finale, which is awesome.
  As for most recognisable theme song i'd say The Simpsons.

  Ok the top three theme tunes to tv programmes are (in order).
  1. A-team
  2. Knightrider
  3. Airwolf
  
  And the cool thing about 3 and 1 is they used to show them back to back those were the days lol. Togethe with football Italia that used to be the perfect weekend when I was young lol.
  Oh and of course baywatch, but I think that has more to do with the associated memories (mammaries) lol than the song

  Jasmine bleeth and Nicole eggert were me faves out of baywatch btw, nothing to do with the thread lol

  Some i forgot to mention in my first post, Buffy the vampire slayer that is an ace theme, and the theme to Angel aswell, although the band that did the theme to buffy never acheived anything else after i even looked to see if they had any other songs and found nothing lol.

  Hawaii Five-0 theme is the greatest by a country mile haha, got to love it!

  The two best are definitely the A Team and Knight Rider. Two others worth a mention are Magnum PI and The Fall Guy (if anyone remembers this).

  Knight Rider and Airwolf are two that bug me cos I have a mate who has them as ring tones and they get played over and over again so I could never have those for that reason. My all time favourite is diverse but as soon as I quote a line everyone knows what it is, that line is 'there's a voice, keeps on calling me'

  I've always liked the South Park one too (the original one, not the messed around version of later series).

  I've never seen Airwolf, so for all i know i've heard the theme tune before and don't realise it, but if not i've never heard it lol.
  I actually prefer the later version of south parks theme to the older one although i do like both of them.

  Was watching some Firefly again today and now have to include the theme for that among my favourites, it just really suits the show perfectly and is very memorable, and Blackadder always had an ace theme aswell but that was a genuinely brilliant program.
