  thanks cov kid. it may have actually been last night i was thinking about. the days all blend into one at the moment. but the girls not know when they are working late or not is the point i was making . it seems completely arbitrary. i think it was saturday night Minny was on the late shift. she did not get many calls that i noticed but she was working till at least 12;30 with no calls and i thought maybe the hours had been changed again and there was a late shift back on again at the weekend at least. but maybe she just wanted to hang around and get some calls to make some money.

  I remember speaking to Valentine one day and she said she would be on Friday morning. She wasnt, so the next time she was on I asked her what had happened. She said that she had turned up for work but Minny wanted to work that day as she couldn't do her next shift so Valentine was sent home even though it was her planned shift.

  It must be really hard to work on the station the way the girls are constantly being messed around. However, jobs are not easy to come by so they just suck it up by necessity. But it really could do with some proper organisation and planning to get the best out of the girls and therefore their performances. I think that Amy probably has too much on her plate trying to be the plate spinner and bottle washer at the same time as being both manager and TV performer. She needs an assistant who could take care of shifts and other ancillary admin matters so she can concentrate on the rest of her responsibilities. Daisy is certainly bright enough to do this.
  
  Amy has worked this morning and this afternoon today. She was looking after Lilly this morning and shadowing her making sure she was OK with everything. She stepped in whenever she needed help such as when she couldn't work the remote control to give her another lesson on how to do it. However, Amy enjoys the responsibility of being in charge of everything and is a bit of a control freak, so probably would find it hard to delegate any of her responsibilities on to others/

  Lilly has started off in a promising fashion today. When she got a couple of calls in the web room she did indeed go topless, if rather shyly. For her first day that is quite brave and augurs better to come. It has taken weeks for some girls to do this on joining the shows.
  
  Funny if she was called Valentine on TV. That must be the third person given that name which puts it in a tie with Nana and Ice which all have three each as well. But if they have her as Lilly on the web and Valentine on TV the confusion will just be ridiculous, especially as they often put up on TV the names of girls who aren't even doing the show as well.

  So Minny worked until 11.00 last night and is now on again this afternoon, probably until the same time or even later. How can a girl keep working these ridiculous shifts? One of the girls is going to "seriously crack" soon and be off for a long time.

  You are right covkid. the girls work too many shifts. i think also the 3 girls on an afternoon puts pressure on them as they are working an other day. i know they can get breaks but if they have had to go into work it is still a day from their social life. i do actually like the 2 girls on cam. if you check out the last few posts in 'your favourite thai chat vids' it was a format that worked especially on the web only shows. but having 3 girls in the studio and not on cam does not help them. we go around the same thing . THEY NEED MORE GIRLS. i know the Grandduke says that this may be difficult away from the red light area of Bangkok but if the conditions and pay at thai chat were what they should be the girls would chat with friends and they would be attracted to the role. again i think it comes to them not getting the rewards they deserve. i have said before ( i have no knowledge or this but , ) the perv cam rate for the thai girls is the same as the BS girls. do we really believe that they are getting the same share of the cam and the calls .

  Philmo said goodbye to the girls tonight. he has mentioned before he would be leaving after the lockdown ended so i fear he may have gone. which is a shame for us as he produced some great calls we all enjoyed watching , but it is even more of a shame for the girls as he was, i do not know the term. highroller comes to mind but i do not think that applies to calling thai girls. i suppose it may even be more of a shame for philmo, there will now be a Minny shaped hole in his life.

  I also think Philmo will be back. Perhaps he has just realized how much he has been spending and it is too much going forward. It was also interesting that he thanked Daisy, Nadia and Minny but not Amy. I wonder if he just missed her out or whether it was deliberate as he said something along the lines of his mind was scrambled, can't remember the exact phrase he used.

  Philmo has been on Amy's chat this morning and thanking her for everything so it must just have been an oversight last night. He said that he was getting to close to Nadia so that is why he is "leaving". It didn't take him long to get caught in the Thai girls web.
