Glad you appreciate them. No the quick answer is.
There is a mixture of 'real' girls and ladyboys
You have some real girls, Anne, Kipsi, Cherry, Vivian and Angie who solely work on the Thai Chat channel (I guess they don't want to get their girly bits out), and other real girls, Ice, Om, Ali, Kathy & Sami who work on both Chat and Hardcore.
Then you have the ladyboys, Balloon, Cindy, Bea, Nadia & Lisa, who also work both Chat and Hardcore channels.
So that puts names to bulges hopefully. If you have checked my caps out then should be able to spot the right ones.

You're right, they do usually look a bit bored, I guess a lot of people look at the hardcore channel, see a ladyboy, go blehhh, and never watch it again, pity as some stunning real girls on there, either that or the Thai girls are not everyones cup of tea :s
