  grandduke. my chat has now been disabled too. not just in thai chat but right along the board. i cannot read or write. i know the girls know who is watching so if any of them say hi to me could one of you explain. how did you get out of it GD i have reset several times to no avail. i have raised it with support but so far nothing. i am loathe to go PC too incase it does not work there.

  One of the girls or Amy, who is in the background today joining the chat as frau, may have taken a dislike to you and disabled your chat. This is virtually a daily occurrence for me and Amy did it again to me today.
  
  The ban is across every girl on every channel, so you can neither see or read anyone's chat whilst it is in force. However, it usually expires after a few hours and you can then see the chat again.
  
  Wait a couple of hours or so after the ban became effective and refresh and you might find that it has come back. If not then try again in  another hour or so. Admin are away until Monday or maybe even until after New Year, so it should have come back again long before they read your complaint. As this has been done to me I think because I record videos, it would not be surprising if she starts to target you as well.
  
  You may find that you are blocked from making calls as well but I have never tried to do this whilst my chat has been disabled. It is possible that the pervcam chat will also be blocked but I have not risked that either whilst the ban is effective. I believe that Bucket tried to call when his chat ban was in force and he found that his call was blocked as well.

  Can they disable you just because they take a dislike to you? Dont they get any instruction on the responsible use of the ability to disable  someone's chat on all RTV channels and thai chat? And block someone from calling as well!!!

  i am back. i do not think it was deliberate, who would dislike me ? well apart from my family but they are all weird. i am getting pretty fed up again with thai chat. i cannot use free minutes on my calls anymore. it may be my telephone service provider does not take that number anymore but they used to. and i still want that LOL vid back.

  Have you tried using the free minutes number again today stjohn? I know you did yesterday morning and encountered a problem but there may be just because there was a problem with the phones on the show at the time, so I wonder whether it may just have been that.
  
  Your phone provider should not be blocking freephone 0800 numbers so I would very much doubt that. They can block certain premium rate numbers but this is the exact opposite, it costs nothing to you.
  
  Mind you, I have not phoned anyone for a few days now, as I try and let my credits recover a bit from phone call binges a week or two ago, so maybe there is a wider problem with the number. Has anyone used it recently?

  yes i have tried yesterday and today. to be honest i am a little reluctant to call on the pay for number when i already have some free minutes i would rather use them up first. also my chat box has gone back to being disabled again. i had a small chat with daisy and then it went. it makes me look rude to daisy to leave without saying goodbye.

  I used the freephone no. rrecently and I spoke to Amy and Kitty no problems apart from Amy telling me off for not having rung her for too long it is what it is but I must say she was on top form a joy to talk to

  Apparently they don't get any pushback on this practice, which really is out of hand. You can register your displeasure with the customer service (or VIP for you), knowing that it may just be a symbolic gesture, but it will put a bug in their ear and if they hear it often, who knows...

  What you cannot see Will is that I raised it in the VIP Express Forum and admin just replied sarcastically, saying that the unknown reason why I had my chat disabled was far more interesting than my post about it. Not a hint of them doing anything about it.
  
  Two weeks later someone posted a message about their chat being disabled and admin replied within an hour to say that they would look into it. I added a post to say that it was still happening to me as well. This time they completely ignored it and has not had a reply yet even though it was logged on the 22/12/18. I do not expect one now anyway.
  
  What you are experiencing stjohn is very similar to mine. It comes back after few hours, only for it to go again when someone spots that it has come back and they disable it once more. I wonder if they have blocked you from phoning as well, with you having problems with the freephone number today when phones appear to be working normally for others?
