Apparently they don't get any pushback on this practice, which really is out of hand. You can register your displeasure with the customer service (or VIP for you), knowing that it may just be a symbolic gesture, but it will put a bug in their ear and if they hear it often, who knows...sorry will, what does pushback mean?
