  I also want to contribute my two-cents and say thanks to all of the fans of Asian Connections who posted here. It has been, by and large, a group that was enthusiastic about the channel, and with rare exceptions, congenial and respectful of each others' preferences and ideas. It was a lot of fun to chat about our favourite models and we had a lot of good laughs along the way also. For me, it was Ali who got me hooked back around 2014 and I enjoyed nearly all of the models and got a chance to talk with many of them in my many identities, including derryman and others. The channel has been a great companion and a way to relax after hard and stressful days of work. I sincerely hope that the ladies are able to find other means of getting by; it's a terrible time to get cut loose, and if they reappear somewhere we should support them.

  Thanks philmo1 once again for the information that you have given. I have never wanted to look at these other sites before as they seem rather cold and clinical and nothing like Asian Connections was which had a charm of its own. But if any of our girls were to appear elsewhere I would be keen to go and support them there out of loyalty for all the happy years that they have given us. The danger is that I may never find out once people forget about this thread and no longer post here. The fact that many seem to use rather obvious false names on those sites makes it harder still to find them randomly.
  
  My video of Nadia taken on Valentines Day in 2013 should give you a good idea of her age back then, as unlike a random photograph, it has an accurate date stamp. A lot of girls started young on the channel so it is quite possible that she was 19 when the video was taken but I will let you decide that for yourself.

  You know, it seems they also shut down LSL as a thing, but the models do keep doing shows and it seems they have been absorbed into the main BS site. I wonder why they couldn't let the Thai girls do a similar thing. I wonder what the arrangement is.

  One key difference seems to be that LSL girls worked from home on a webcam and have never been a TV show, unlike Asian Connections which has been on and off TV for a dozen years or so and consequently had a studio to run with its additional costs. I guess that the negotiators on the Thai side were not pushing for a webcam at home model which certainly could work just as well as for the LSL models if there was any desire for it.
   
  

  Changing to a webcam at home blueprint for future shows would have affected the power dynamics of the channel considerably. The downside for the original Nana is that her role would become in effect obsolete whilst the new Nana (Amy) would be downgraded to a mere performer with no more seniority in status than a regular performer such as Kitty or Maya. That may be one compelling reason why that approach was not taken. I may be way off the mark but that is my feelings about it anyway. But if Babestation wanted to go down that path, I am sure that some of the girls just made redundant would be happy to oblige provided they didn't lose out too much financially.

  Yes, I take these points. But Amy, Nadia, and perhaps others have worked from home before, especially at those times when the channel was shut down temporarily. Maybe it could work again.

  I agree that it certainly could happen and i would be cheering if it did. But only Amy would be in a position to negotiate for that herself and it seems unlikely that she would fight to bring any other girls on board with her. More of a solo show at home for her than a web only version of what we had before seems the most likely outcome if there was any sort of a comeback.
  
  Amy and Nadia were once close friends when they both worked from home in the past but that has soured considerably since then. Hence why I think that Amy is the only one likely to reappear again if anyone does that is.

  I have just noticed a new feature on here called R CAMS next to R LOCKER. No idea how it works as it seems to use gold tokens but no information as to how much they cost or how to buy them. There seem to be masses of girls at home but it is impossible to see how many as it only loads a few at a time and you have to get to the last one before it will load the next bunch. There could be hundreds of them for all I know. There is no way to navigate to a favourite if you had one and thee is no search facility. It appears totally random.
  
  The thought occurred to me that this is somewhere that the girls recently made redundant could do shows if they wanted without having to find a different site to work from. They may be doing so even now as I speak but as I have indicated, it is virtually impossible to find anyone in particular unlike more sophisticated sites which breed model loyalty and factor that into their design.
  
  I did give it an experiment to see how it worked and found an Asian girl who looked cute so I typed in a few questions such as where in the world was she and what music was playing whilst entering as a guest but got no reply. I then hazarded a guess but still no reply. I then has to log in to see her gold token menu and saw that she had cleared the chat and then gave the answer No, lol to my guess, Seconds later the screen went blank and a message appeared saying that the performer had ejected me from her room!  Now that is what I call customer service. Lol. I was planning on checking her out some more as she seemed possibly Korean, my favourite type of girl, but she seems to have shot herself in the foot with that move. So I wonder if any of our much loved girls will try to use this feature and will we ever know if they do?

  this is curious. an asian girl with an attitude who ejects or blocks callers . hmmm sounds vaguely familiar. maybe things are looking up with a return. i will have a look and see what appears to be going on but if the girl is unfriendly then i am afraid i cannot be bothered investing the time and credits to build a relationship.

  If you look on the left-hand side of the Rampant cams screen there is a red tab labelled 'filters' , if you click on this it opens a window where you can filter your search using categories eg. asians ,regions eg. asia and age.Using this I checked out all the asian girls broadcasting from Asia.Unfortunately most of them were offline but I didn't see anyone I recognised.
