  Just checked and I've got my free minutes thanks for sorting it, I was getting a bit worried when I saw a post saying the points hadn't been redeemed for 3 weeks.

  I got an email saying that my points have been converted, great. But the minutes don't show up on the stream page.

  Yeah man, i logged in, it loads with my pin number but the part where it usually states the free minutes, that box is just empty.
