  Wonder if anyone can help. First, i received my email stating that my points had been converted to just over 7 minutes worth of call credit but my credit balance still shows as 0. Second, i made less than 4 minutes of calls yesterday and although i cant recall exactly how much time i had to begin with it was a certainly a lot more than that (somewhere in the realm of 9 minutes). Do some channels cost more when using the free minutes (for example 1 minute of call credit doesnt translate to 1 minute of talking time)?

  My free minutes balance was 9 minutes something as of last night, now it says 0 without me having made a call? What's the story there?

  Check the Free Minutes tab.
  
  I don't get why you think you had 17-20, there has been nothing on your account since March last year, and it hasn't been touched since you came back.

  I can see several small transactions on your account last night. All around 1-2 minutes at around 1am.
  
  Gymaddict: Make sure you check the Free Minutes tab, as thats where the Points minutes go. I can see you have 8 minutes to use there

  Hey dvious. Thanks for looking into this. I have just checked the free minutes tab and it still displays as 0 (zero). Strange thing is the numbers are still displayed for calling free and if memory serves they vanish and revert to the regular numbers when your credit runs out. This leads me to believe the minutes are registered and there but simply not displayed.

  In addition, i took a chance and tried making a call and am pleased to report (after a great chat with the gorgeous Harmony Reigns) that i was able to make the call free in the first place. So, it appears the minutes are there, just no idea how many we have or, more importantly, following a call, how many we have left. Hopefully that blip gets remedied at some point.

  Not so much an issue with points accruing but for 2 weeks now for some reason my points have not been converted into minutes (am currenntly on 81 points). Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Is there a fault at present? If there is, hopefully it will be resolved asap.

  I don't have any points and I've been posting on here yeah some will be below the character limit but I would've thought I would've had some points there.

  gymaddict69 I have over 50 points that haven't been converted yet as free call minutes, but with various things dVIOUS has had on his plate guess this has just slipped admin's processes, normally done on a Wednesday so guess we have to wait till next week.
