  i log into the website, but then i cant add credits or talk to girls. when i click a girl it asks to login but i cant do so again. the forums seem fine just the main rampant website. ive tried on all my browsers. Can't use or add my credits.

  Guys, I have a question. I have racked up a large amount of "free" calling time by posting on the forum for a good while now. The free credits lists a phone number to call, but when I call it just rings and rings. Do you know what the problem might be? Thanks!

  I had a similar problem derryman over the Bank Holiday. Tried twice to ring Daisy but on each occasion was met by silence when I entered her pin number. The system still deducted time from my free minutes nevertheless. I raised it as an issue in the VIP Express Support thread for staff to investigate on their return after the Bank Holiday.
  
  Worked OK yesterday when I phoned Amy though so the fault appears to be intermittent.

  I've never even been able to connect with anyone - number just rings and rings...

  Sounds like the phone fault is a lot more than just intermittent in that case. Perhaps I have been lucky when I have go through then.
  
  I assume that you lost free minutes on your failed phone calls like I did. I didn't let it ring for too long,  as I suspected minutes would be disappearing.

  I just tested and it works fine for me. Do you have to enter your pin or anything? Or does it just ring and never connect? If the latter, what network are you on?
