  Am I blind or is there actually no Mass Effect thread on this forum?
  
  I can't believe that a series of games as awesome as Mass Effect has not had a single post here.
  
  I can admit that i have not finished the 3rd game yet and that i may be really annoyed by the end of it as lots of people have complained about the ending but i'm so far enjoying it and i really loved the first 2 games.
  
  Anyone else out there a big M.E. fan?

  I thought there was one, but it may not have been about the series in general. Love them all, such great gaming experiences, the second was probably my favourite all round, lots of aaction, very cinematic, and screwing miranda was a treat.

  Looks like i will be playing ME2 again then as i didn't Bone Miranda in 2.

  I am probably one of the few people who has never actually played any Mass Effect game, i almost bought the 3rd one when it came out on ps3 but then just didn`t, wasn`t sure if i would have a clue what was going on after not playing the games that preceeded it since the story probably followed on.

  It's well worth a look, and the original will be very cheap by now. I'd give it a go even though the graphics are no longer state of the art but the gameplay and story are first rate.

  I may give it a look then, i will add it to my ever growing list of games i want but can`t afford.
  Just out of curiosity what does it play like, i heard it was an RPG game but that is about all i know about it, i did hear a lot of good things review wise it seemed to have an almost 100% positive from every review i saw.

  It's an over the shoulder 3rd person RPG shooter, very intuitive control system and it's a large enough game that will take anywhere from 10 hours to twice that and then some to play. Depends how anal you are about 100% completion. Loads of side missions and some very cool twists. Not to mention some great fights and hard choices.
  
  The thing i like most though is that any decisioned you make have consequences later in the series.

  Mmmm, you can replay a game with multiple endings many times to get different outcomes. When you have a trilogy of games that has huge decisions that will effect the future of characters, it's simply immense!

  Not only that but there are different classes to pick from and you may want to try them all.

  True true, I've always been a soldier class, would be nice to play through again as the biotic one or one of the mixed classes! Truely wonderful games series that I could play a million times. Hot sex scenes too!
