  I dunno if rodgers will get the sack unless klopps in for the job but we'll see i think itd be a shame to see him go cos hes good but who knows. on another but positive note, good to see coutinho was in the team of the year , hes been humble and class and delivered some amazing performances this season so will be interesting to see what hes like next season

  dont think rodgers will get sacked even though this season has been a huge disappointment. i reckon he gets another season to prove that he can make his philosophy work a liverpool but the squad must be strengthened with money spent in the right areas.

  can any one tell me how that waster balotelli,made it in the game,the scouts must have been on the take at that time,he must be laughing all the way to the bank,well couldn,t have happened to a better team to be made fools of

  I understand where your coming from gooner but in all fairness Balotelli was a promising talent a few years back. He was outstanding at euro 2012, that goal against Germany was just epic. However his form now is poor indeed I don't know what happened but it makes Liverpool less of a threat which isn't a bad thing in my eyes

  Sad to see the banner of rodgers out just cos i like the fact hes quite a genuine manager and cares for the club, but i guess liverpool fans would be frustrated with the massive drop from potentially being title challenging and not being clinical with the signings made, Dont know whats gonna happen to rodgers and will be interesting what theyre gnna do with balotelli , will probaly stay at least half a season for now

  It will be interesting to see what FSG do in the summer, with regards to Rodgers.  I feel he deserves another season.
  The main concern, for me, is this Transfer Committee.  FSG need to "do away" with it.  Never mind players with "potential", we'll need players who are quality now!  What would be also nice, is a mega, mega-rich investor, but we can dream!!  Otherwise, we'll remain in that 2nd Tier for a lot longer.
  I do think there will be quite a few leaving, plus I don't trust any of the strike-force (bar the unlucky with injuries Sturridge), and I would get rid of Ballotelli, Lambert and Borini.  Origi will be back from Lille, and we should at least 2 other strikers in, as well as a decent, experienced midfielder, maybe 2, plus another CB.  At least we'll have Can, for midfield and defence.
  There may be arguments of attracting certain quality players, due to us almost certainly being in the Europa League next season, but we are one of the biggest clubs in the World (regardless of what certain media say or try to make out), so we should attract some decent players (providing the TC is scrapped for good, or if they somehow change their stance!).

  Couldn't ask for a better send off for ol' Starfish. Lose 3-1 in his last home game and lose 6-1 in his last away game. Lovely stuff!
