Sterling isn't asking for over £100k though, he already said that he'd have accepted far less than that last year if Liverpool offered him a deal then. Sterling wants to win trophies and he's realising that he most likely won't be able to do that at Liverpool.
Basically, he doesn't want to do a Gerrard. -

Dont really know what sterlings playing at to be honest, i can understand why the fans arent happy, i mean its because its in a time where theyre not doing as well as last year in the league and i think many fans would argue that he wouldve signed this time last year in this situation, he could be there for the money but for goodness sake dont go to city or united -

New kit looks quite a lot like the current one.
Over 1,000 fans showed up at Anfield for the launch this afternoon. A Friday afternoon...
Probably a gag in there somewhere.
And to finish up, some vacuous marketing bollocks. Here's Jordan Henderson: “Our fans create a great atmosphere at Anfield, and it is great to have a kit that reflects the red and white mosaic made when the fans on the Kop hold their flags and scarves aloft.

Not actually a new partnership of course, what with New Balance being owned by the Reds' current supplier Warrior and everything. Sounds good though. -

I agree Scottyrampant, it looks virtually the same , but a lot of fans might prefer new balance over puma and get the shirt for that reason. Dont know how much money theyre getting out of this but im sure its quite big and it will need to be if pool are gonna get those players to challenge again -

I think it's about £30 million a year which, if I remember correctly, was the highest deal in the league until we bitch slapped them with our £75m a year Adidas deal a few months later -

just saw a youtube vid about girls reacting to sterling on talksport, the guys a good player and of course hes english so we're gonna rave a lot more and had a good season last year but if he doesnt sign a contract where does everyone think he'll go? , chelsea have way too many wingers to get him surely , could go city or arsenal but realistically hell probz stay , imo way too early for him to go spain and maybe not even good enough -

Nice to see Coutinho has made the PFA Player of the Year shortlist. He's been excellent this season, and has been under the radar for a while now, so it's nice to see him get the recognition his excellent performances have deserved. -

Well congratulations for henderson signing a 100k a week contract for Liverpool, looks like its just a waiting game to see if sterling will sign a new contract or possibly be sold at the end of the year. As a Chelsea fan i wouldn't mind seeing him get sold as hes a brilliant player -

Another great result today :) Pretty much confirms Liverpool not getting Champions League football next year. Rodgers to get the sack soon surely? £200m+ spent over the last 2 years and now they're back where they started.
