Winning the prem, whilst definitely an accomplishment- always strikes me as ultimately meaningless when rating players. Like, so many awful (or at least undeniably not as good as gerrard) players have "won the prem" simply because they were in a winning team.
What I'm saying is: LUKE CHADWICK has won the prem! He is in no way as good as gerrard. Also, Gerrard has ample offers to move to other clubs. Real madrid tried to sign him twice, as did Chelsea. He definitely wouldn't have made those teams worse so we can basically 100% say that he would have won more stuff, including the prem. Instead he chose to stay at a club he loved, which is such a better legacy in my opinion -

They need to find someone to take all their pens for them too. Seems Gerrard only scored pens in his last few seasons. I dont really count pens as proper goals, cheap goals more like. And theres your Gerrard for the last few seasons.
Still at least he has his big payday in muggy America with their 'soccer'. -

Well Gerrard didnt move to Chelsea did he. Threatened or not he still stayed at Liverpool when alot of footballers wouldnt give a toss about threats and would go anyway.
And did Man Utd not finish 10th in the league the season after Ferguson left? So much for Ferguson not leaving a mess and his team of champions being so great. Moyes did suck at Utd too but if they were such a team of champions then surely they wouldve done better. -
