French fries and chips are a hard staple to beat when it comes to comfort food but there are rare occasions where nothing will hit quite like a tater tot ( I can hear Briss sharpening the axe at the mere mention). A simple hash brown in the shape of a croquette and quite frankly a beautiful vessel for an abundance of topping and sauces. Should you ever be lucky enough to have the street food team, The Woozy Pig, visit your town then do not pass up the opportunity to try every single style of tot that they have.

That being said, if you simply can not wait then it is time to worship at the altar of Babish, his congregation now a whopping 10 million strong! Well done, sir!
