Looks like I’m off to Shakeshack asap. There’s one opposite Bleeker in Victoria so it’ll be tough to pull myself away from there but it must be done.
Also ordered a kilo on wings the other night along with a few other street food staples and while they were good they needed a small upgrade. This is how they arrived… The journey left them slightly steamed and had affected the crispy exterior and we definitely needed our wings to be saucier. 15 mins in a 180 oven to re-crisp and meanwhile 2 bottles of franks hot sauce mixed with half a stick unsalted butter into a low heat pan.
