Don’t get me wrong it started well but to heap such a beautiful cut up into a steak sandwich with some pretty careless toppings and over sauce it is just criminal. Don;t even get me started on blow torching the cheese, shit just tastes like blow torch after.

Reverse searing a Cote De Beouf in an air fryer sounds all sorts of wrong but these results do look pleasing. Would I be happy to possibly ruin a £30 cut of beef to attempt it? We’ll see.
