  i think to be honest if you take almost any of the AAA title's it would be possible to make a good film from them it would just be reliant on a good writer/director/cast and a film studio being willing to chuck a decent enough amount of money at it but i think studio's tend to hold back because of past horrors

  
  they actually made a movie around the Halo format but when it was released it came out under the name "District 9" and there is a film frm the 80's called "Grand Theft Auto"

  I would love really LOVE Grand theft auto to be made in a film prefrably Vice city and San andreas amazinG!!

  Read recently that Splinter cell will be made into a film, all it's got is a possible lead actor but it's one that might happen, also apparently the Assassins creed film is getting closer to being made with Michael Fassbender set to star, personally i don't think he's the best choice but ot remains to be seen if it does get made how good he'd be.

  If it was done well, I would love to see an Assassins Creed film made. I think the storyline could work well on the screen and I would definitely buy a ticket if it was ever made. Anyone else agree? [img]https://[/img]

  lol that would be going backwards because Vice City ITSELF was based on scarface and carlito's way lol!!

  if they made hitman and max payne, they can probably do even better with assassin's creed

  There is an Assassins Creed film in early development (mentioned in previous post) but not heard anything else about it since that article last year, so chances are that won`t be seen for a while.

  Yeah I think the storyline would be really well suited for the big screen. I have just seen this on wikipedia "According to Variety, Sony Pictures is in negotiations with Ubisoft Motion Pictures to make a film version of Assassin's Creed. Ubisoft has confirmed that the film will be in 3D. Variety reports that Michael Fassbender will co-produce and star in the adaptation. Ubisoft will work with 20th Century Fox and New Regency to make the film. The movie is scheduled to start filming in 2013. And New Regency has hired first-time movie-script writer Michael Lesslie to pen the film." It sounds good, I do like Michael Fassbender as an actor. [img]https://[/img]
