  • Re-enabling VIP failed but took my money!

    So I previously subscribed to the VIP service but cancelled it for a brief while. Upon re-enabling my subscription at a later date it seemed to have failed but took my money.

    I emailed the customer support address twice now but had no response.

    Now I can't even cancel the failed subscription! What's going on?!

    It looks as though your transaction was successful [b]cwroe1.[/b]

    You show as a VIP and you get double points for your post too. There is a bug on the website when you rejoin as it often tells me to wait for a confirmation message that never comes. When I open another tab though i can see that I have been successful and record videos and my credits have increased appropriately.

    It looks like it's been activated but yet no credits/no VIP features are available. :-( Even when relogging/new windows/tabs and whatnot...

    That's bad news. I guess that I have been lucky to only get the screen stuck saying wait here but you seem to be stuck in status limbo from what you say.

    Unfortunately, I think you will have to to wait now until Monday which is when the staff come back in.

    So now it's been a full month with still no sign of any VIP access - another payment is due pretty imminently and to any Admin reading this it'd be good to hopefully get some sort of resolution. I can't seem to cancel it myself (as it insists that my account isn't actually upgraded).

    I take it the standard support email address is unmanned as quite a few emails have gone ignored.

    Please help!

    In addition to my last message, we have investigated your account and can see that your silver VIP ended on 29/06/18, you weren't rebilled, which is why you haven't had VIP access on your account.
