I cant seem to be able to top up on my credits ?
Anybody know how to resolve this ??

What error are you getting?

Its not oppening up the box to allow me to top up or look at my account ?
Never had this problem before ?

It's working ok for across a few different browsers and platforms. Can you tell me which device and browser you are using?

I'm using Chrome
This is only recent.

Thanks for getting in touch, have you tried clearing your cache and seeing if the issue persists?

Yep still does not work.
Can you deactivate my account & I will register again ??

I have reset your account and you should now be able to top up your credits, this will save you going through the process of creating a new account.
