I have recently tried to call most of the channels on my pc mic, only to find that when I enter the pin number onto the onscreen keypad it doesn't register it. Is there a reason for this and is there anychance of getting back the credits I've lost trying to use this service?

    Hi all,

further to Birnhart's note - I've found two issues on different browsers. On Firefox it's exactly as Birnhart says - call connects, but nothing happens when I push buttons on the keypad.

On Chrome, when I hit 'dial', A popup box that looks like it's TRYING to be the flash privacy control box appears, but nothing appears in the box and the call doesn't continue.

Maybe a latest update of the flash player that your techies need to check on how it integrates with your site, as it seems to be flash-related in both cases?

    Best Regards,

    Call for dVious.

It is clearly his fault and I am dumbfounded that he has allowed this obvious slight on the good peeps of rampant to continue unabated.

Fucking wanker that dVious. Probably too busy bumming The Boss and fMR to notice .

    Hi Guys,

We are looking into this issue for you now.

Also, if you were unable to enter your 4 digit code, you will not have lost any credit.

Fuck me, you call for an expert and a waffle stomping lackey turns up.

What has become of this place. I despair.

Next they will have SweatyTug on the staff, and Scottyboi will be using words with multiple syllables when he tries another vain attempt to bring us some topical "internet culture".

I dont know why I bother.

    Clinging to the wreckage here.

I have lost credits this week while trying to call Beth on monday. It just kept on asking me to enter the 4 digit number and each time i entered it , it simoly kept asking me to enter the number, while the clock was ticking away. There are a number of flash related issues on your site which repeatedly cause adobe to crash or unresponsive script errors. These problems do not occur when i view other web pages.

I just tried calling and had a similar issue,

tried connecting via the mic/computer.. small pop up window appeared , no text just a close button.. tried that a couple of times and then spotted the little flash window, but it wouldn't let me 'activate' the cam only select the cam, normally you get the allow/deny access button.  So I tried calling in via ye olde phone..  the girl was clearly not on a call , but I told she was perhaps mine??  and it hadn't connected. I refreshed and low and behold she wasn't on a call.. 4 credits gone. so I tried again.. I really didn't want to 'listen in' and did only to see if the thing was working another 4 credits gone.. so I tried another girl all together.. and got connected!! still by now I only had 2 credits left so that was one short ass call after the 'connection time'

    :/

    thanks

    Hi all,

an update - progress! I now have a functioning flash settings popup, and I'm able to connect to the call - however now, even though I can hear the tones of the keypad for entering the PIN, it doesn't seem to be registering at the far end..

But thank you so far - definitely getting there!

Yup, second update, status quo regarding "I hear the beeps but the other end doesn't".. and I can confirm I too have now lost a credit (ok, one whole credit!) stuck on the 'please enter your PIN' voice loop.

Being overseas, I don't have a direct call option, so I'd really like to know if there are any updates on this one..

    Many thanks..
