hmm, actually it looks like the system is slightly smarter - looks like it's refunded the credit after all, so don't worry about the credit comment..

Still broke though. And the number I see on screen, even after logging in and clicking the Australian flag, connects to a dead line...

We're in talks with the providers routing the calls via our 'Call by mic' option, as they don't seem to be passing the pin presses to us!

Hopefully we'll have it sorted soon!

Hey boss,

thanks for the update - Any news on time frames for this one? Still not working as of today, though I noticed last week I got through on a Playboy connection and it went straight to the '1 for live, 2 for listen' menu, at which the keypress actually worked..

Also, FYI, I hinted at this above, but to be explicit, the number displayed for calling by mobile for Australia - 0871 113 818 doesn't seem right either - could you maybe at that to the 'to do' list? :)
