  Amy has been upset recently about people posting screen shots from shows in the forum. I don't know which forum she means as it certainly isn't here. Perhaps it is on a Babestation forum, who knows? Her concern seems to be that these may be used in evidence for a criminal prosecution against the girls who show too much. I worry about this too as it could close down the channel for good as well as being terrible for the girls concerned. Hence my worry about pervcam recordings being posted to forums elsewhere. I even wonder now whether I should be recording the web shows which are often quite racy. Early morning TV shows are OK to record as it is on television and the boundaries are quite firm there over what can and cannot be shown and anyone can record TV at the drop of a hat. A shame then that recordings of these shows have fallen away over the last few weeks, as I cannot watch them at 4am personally.

  granduke , thanks for keeping the idea of a platinum membership alive. i am yet to be convinced ( as you know ) that platinum members should not be able to view their own pervcam shows in their library. i have seen 2 other sites where this happens ( 1 where they are available permanently and 1 where they are available for 3 months ) and i have yet to see any of them turning up anywhere else. i have seen the normal shows turn up and skyppe shows but i am not very tech savvy so it may be possible.
  i think you make a good point about the legality of the show being checked. lets face it if some thai version of offcom was on the prowl the first place they would look is here. maybe we should think twice about recording. which is hard for me to say. i rarely get to see the girls i am most keen on unless it is in the video section. but i think protection of the girls is all important. just a thought . what do you think. but.... then again. my suggestion of making the videos available for vips only does go some way to solving that.

  Yes out of respect for Amy I have stopped recording her shows even when she is going crazy which we all love. If she is worried about a screenshot appearing in a forum, i imagine video is even worse from that perspective. It is a shame though. I agree that making videos only available to VIPs is a good step in the right direction and could persuade me to start recording again. I have mentioned the VIP shows option on another thread which could be the way to go forward. The webshow seems to be getting very few calls these days, even to Amy, which is a continuing worry for me.

  okay grandduke. it seems like only you and i are up for the platinum card. but. how about a channel designated platinum card. you and i would be thai chat designated, others would get babestation ,,,,whatever cards. the extra credits could only be spent in the desibnated channel and in return we would get.. i have not thought this through. but i am gettin fed up with that perv cam where i am chatting with a girl and all i can see is her crotch. i want a full screen. how they would do this i do not know. maybe a specific time platinum only members. or an off public cam full cam where we can chat with the girls. also i still want the mail box platinum members only and of course any vids i take to be platinum members only. do not think it will happen but,,,

  I suspect that there are many silent members who would gladly pay more for a platinum membership IF it gave them something better than what they get now. I can understand why the pervcam record would be a very popular feature although I have reservations about its misuse as I have already discussed. Thai pornography laws concern me for our favourite channel but it could be an option for other channels where prosecution is unlikely. I have an idea though to discourage misuse. Perhaps the user name of the person could be displayed on the video so if it appeared elsewhere, the culprit could be identified. Just an idea which may allow pervcam recording to become feasible.

  I agree with you stjohn66 about the platinum features being allocated to only a particular channel. That was what I had in my mind when I mentioned VIP only shows in another thread. You pay your money upfront and that goes to the channel you affiliated to when you joined. Girls get their share of the money depending on how much viewing time is generated by the show. The better the show the more money goes to the girls. They then have an incentive to put on a good show and Platinum VIP members get great entertainment for their extra money. Also you see all of the girl and not just her bits, which I find much more interesting and ultimately sexier. Otherwise, in pervcam it could just as well be a body double you are watching.

  Sadly it appears you two are the only ones interested in this, unless it is channel wide it is of no interest to anyone else. Plus Amy saying about the pictures being used for a criminal prosecution is talking bollocks it's the no money no honey situation she is really talking about! Because if it was a crime that channel would be shut down by their government not prosecuting the girls as it just means the channel can just get rid of any girl if she doesn't do what is expected. Think Amy seems to rule your brains like she rules your dicks just saying and appears she is justifying not showing what you want to see to maximize the money guys spend!

  I wish it was as simple as you think burns72. A Thai woman has recently been sent to prison for indulging in a paid sex act that was posted on the internet, so breaking their indecency laws. Applying those laws to TV is one thing, but is ridiculous on the internet in my opinion. This prosecution was actually publicised on this website, displayed in the video headline that is above the chat room comments. As for no money no honey, Amy is the best of all the performers at showing a lot for free. Many models show nothing at all, but she bares everything on a regular basis, so it is wrong to criticise her for being mean when she is the most generous of all of them. She would put many BS performers to shame! However, because she shows more than all the other girls, she is naturally the one most concerned about pictures of her naked appearing elsewhere in forums. Thai obscenity laws are some of the strictest around. I suspect that an arrangement has been made with authorities for the channel to continue, as long as certain guidelines are kept within, in return for some compensation, shall I say.

  One of the benefits of platinum VIP membership that I see possible is having special VIP shows where girls show a lot more than normal without the need to go to pervcam. Seeing the whole girl is much better than just her bits. However, how to reward girls for putting on a good show is the issue here and how will the VIP subscription money be distributed across the many channels. That is why I thought a single channel subscription option would work better, as it is then obvious where the money would go to. However, this works best for Thai Chat where the girls are normally restricted in what they show unlike other web shows where anything seems to go, even 2 girl action and sex toys have been evident in shows recently broadcast. A Platinum VIP option for all channels in general would therefore have to give additional benefits, such as pervcam recording or a substantial bonus of extra credits over and above the pro rata expected for the fee paid.

  Well then she has been told that she is showing way too much for free and to now keep it covered to make more revenue by only doing it for tips/calls or pervcam. Soon the new laws with regards webshows will come in so pervcam will become the norm as you will have to go through age verification to access alot of adult related websites and camsites. So might be lucky and see the odd nip slip but anything else will be gone from our free viewing!
