Hi,

I signed up for VIP, but it has not worked, recieved no credits or anything (and not listed as one either). But the transaction went through and is there on my account that I have subscription. I tried to resign up and then it crashes.

Apologises for the inconvience, the transaction has been reprocessed and you should now have full VIP access.
