  I paid for the vip and i got no credits.
  so i tried to get VIP again but it showed with the error above
  i just like the credits please

  Hi there. In order to disable the feature that will auto-renew, you will have to go to channels and then to MY VIP and there is a button on the right side of the page that ask you if you want to disable rebilling.

  Hi guys.   I'm a diamond VIP but the upgrades have stopped working (gone back to the old style message box and no DM function) and this forum no longer recognises me as a VIP.   Can you look into this for me please?
