  Cesc Fabregas is considering his Barcelona future after Man Utd's second bid, just two years after being so desperate to return to his boyhood club. It's either major fickleness from the Spain international, or just plain old complete nonsense.
  
  Real Madrid are all like 'back off' at Man Utd over Cristiano Ronaldo, and Spurs are all like 'back off' at Real Madrid over Gareth Bale. That's karma for you.
  
  It's great that Tottenham finally made a bid for Roberto Soldado, now all they need to do is increase it to £26m and we can all carry on with our lives.
  
  Liverpool are considering a £10m bid for Palermo midfielder Josip Ilicic. They're also interested in Porto's Jackson Martinez, as are Spurs, but the Colombia international is having none of it, he'll stay where he is if that's all the same.
  
  Why are Tottenham getting linked with so many players? Could it be because they'll soon have £85m to play with from the sale of a certain Welsh winger? One for the conspiracy theorists, that. They're also after Eduardo Salvia, but will face (stiff?) competition from Man City and Arsenal for the £34m rated Benifica winger.
  
  West Ham quite fancy a bit of Loic Remy, and West Brom are considering a £2m bid for Sunderland's Craig Gardner.

  Luis Suarez wants the opportunity to speak to Arsenal after that cheeky £40,000,001 bid.
  
  The Uruguay international believes that as the £40m clause has been triggered, he's now able to discuss personal terms. Liverpool claim that they're only obligated to inform him of the bid and are holding out for at least £55m, with Brendan Rodgers of the opinion that their man is worth at least what PSG paid for Edinson Cavani.
  
  What happened to wanting to leave England as a result of being hounded by the press and FA then?

  So the latest is that Suarez will be able to hold talks with Arsenal, but Liverpool still won't sell unless the Gunners increase their bid to more than £50m.
  
  If Arsene Wenger actually goes ahead and spends that on one player, I'll eat my hat and convince my brother to adopt a chimp, making me a monkey's uncle.

  I bet Norwich and Hull City will be ever so slightly pissed off if Gary Hooper joins QPR for £5 Million, considering they were offering £8-9 Million not long back & were effectively told where to go lol

  Nothing stopping them coming in with a better offer though. And Hull or Norwich would surely be more appealing than QPR.
  
  I reckon they'll have upped their bid to more than £5m as well.

  Gonzalo Higuain and Pepe Reina have both arrived in Italy for medicals ahead of their respective moves to Napoli.
  
  The Serie A side agreed a fee of £34.5m with Real Madrid for the Argentina international, which was obviously a bit much for Arsenal, and doesn't bode well for any Gunners fans hoping they'll shell out the thick end of £50m for Luis Suarez.
  
  Reina will join on a season-long loan deal.

  Tottenham always get link with thousands of players every year, its embarrasing really that the press have to fill the pages with so much bullshit because they have no idea what Levy is doing. Why they dont just wait for Tottenham to announce something is beyond me, they should have learned how Levy does business by now

  Soldado is a deal the could happen soon, depending if Valencia are happy with the payment options we offer. He seems to want the move and has provisionally agree terms with us so fingers crossed

  Soldado would be a good signing. Would you go for another striker too and maybe try and offload Defoe or Adebayor? Or just leave it at that?
