how have Spurs not been penalized for their stadium? season is nearly over and it doesnt even seem likely they will play in it till next season, given it was meant to be ready at the start of the season, -

Well a points deduction would be a bit much. And seeing as the delays have already cost them somewhere in the region of £400m they don't need fining.

Think you'd be on slightly dodgy ground moving stadiums halfway through the season, or indeed a few games before the end but as you say, even that's not looking likely now. Get em in start of 2019/20 and we'll say no more about it. -

What do you think they should be penalized for? I am sure they are paying the FA a handsome sum to use Wembley. All that is happening is soaking up all of Spurs' money and tiring the players out because they have to schedule their games around Wembley's other commitments. They are already penalizing themselves. No one but Tottenham are suffering -
