  Townsend's not been playing much either and I really can't see anyone paying £14m.  Think Newcastle gave up at about £10m?  Reckon he would go to West Brom if the offer was there as well.  Mid-table (they're not really relegation scrappers) football is better than no football with the Euros around the corner, Tony Pulis loves a winger and if he impresses there's always a chance a bigger club will come in for him later.

  Again very true about Townsend not playing much and his evaluation has probably gone down just like Berahino.
  I guess i was a bit moody with the 'fighting for relegation every season' thing :P Mid table yea.. and i shouldve thought to myself 'a Tony Pulis team is never usually that shit'.. cos it is true aint it. And yep, football is better than no football. All about the playing time and impressing Mr. Hodgson init. Still cant see Townsend going to West Brom though. I dunno why Poch and Levy really wanna get rid of him tbh.

  Is anyone really sure how good he is though?  Always done fairly well for England, which is probably why his valuation is so high, but I don't think anything he's done in a Spurs shirt justifies the £14m price-tag.

  I see your point there Scotty but i think its just the fact that everyone knows he has potential to be a fairly good player... hence the price tag also. I mean the same couldve been said about Sterling and his price tag. Infact the same WAS said about Sterling :P I agree though, he aint done alot in a Spurs shirt to justify the price tag.
  Transfer fee's are well out of hand these days in my opinion anyway. The world economy melts and a team pay 50m for an average player like Sterling?! Footballing world is getting silly when it comes to money.

  So Palace have been shit over their last few games and the stats are very much against them. Who fancies a bet they go out and turn the tide today against Spurs? I have faith that Spurs can get a result, ive just been scorned before with the whole 'players who dont score' and 'letting a lead slip'.

  Gutted about losing Vertonghen to injury :( Very pleased with the result (minus the own goal) and i aint ashamed to admit that seeing the final result brought a tear to my eye :P

  Just seen Pardews interview after the game. That guy is high on the list of managers who talk alot of bollocks. If he is the next England manager.. God help us. The guy is a bullshitter and a shit manager and is especially a cunt.

  Carrying on with what i was saying a few posts ago about Robert Huth being shit.. well, this is what he is capable of. Beautiful free kick aint it :D:D:D Sorry about the stupid music :P
