By 'Special One' i know you dont mean me because i dont chat to Alejandra. I said hello to her once and she either ignored me or didnt see it so i left it at that as far as she is concerned. She seems like a really nice lady too.
And if Karlota and Catalina never muted people in the first place then we wouldnt have this issue.
Anyway if you give the name of the person and send a message to any one of the rampant staff then that person will get banned for being horrible, and the guys in chat are capable of defending the model too.

No jose I wasn't meaning you... your fine mate ;) I meant special one in a bad way! lol There was a guy saying he was from India who was causing a stir... anyways I sure Ale must of missed your message.. she doesn't ignore people... unless you really mess up lol
