  It is an interesting and creative way for the aquarium in Tokyo to attempt to attract a greater number of visitors to their facility. Hopefully this fun and inventive app will have the desired affect and help out the aquarium to get more customers.

  That is awesome I'd would love to have that on my phone would be so cool u wouldn't have to deal with reading signs or all that bother just follow the penguins. Would be so funny if u used it by car and the penguins were running all over the road

  can just see this being on the news someone wasnt paying attention where they were going because of this and walked into the road

  My thoughts exactly. People have walked (or at least attempted to) straight across motorways and driven into lakes following GPS as it is now. Imagine what idiotic things people could get up to following animated penguins around.
