  It is good to see that Thai chat has now once again become a force in the video section. perhaps now more important than ever to let people know the channel is still around. it does show up the need for more natural females though as a cursory glance from many people just looking at the thumbnails would certainly put off more than a few.
  also the scheduling does need to be worked out somehow. i myself am only really interested in Daisy but if i check in and she is not here ( she does not seem to have been here for long from what i can tell ) i have no idea if she will turn up later and for how long leading to me either checking in every hour or just looking through the vids and seeing i have missed her again.

  I think that the days of watching the show for a while and then ringing near the end have gone, unless you are a psychic. As the girls can now start pretty much when they feel like and certainly go home whenever it suits them, it is impossible to say when they will appear or for how long they stay.
  
  Daisy was asked by a regular today what time is she on to. She said that it is hard to say. If she doesn't know then no-one else has any chance. So I think the motto has to be be from now on to ring when you get the chance, as they may be gone for the day 5 minutes later. Not really suitable for late night callers now as some girls will finish before 9pm even those on the afternoon shift. Also early mornings seem to have been ditched as there have been few starters before 10pm since it came back.

  You are right Mr ZZzz, almost all my calls have been late at night but i have no idea who will be on. but this goes back to my point of how important the recordings are these days, especially of Daisy. some late night newbies if they were checking out to see which models they liked could easily assume that the thai chat channel is made up entirely of LB and never visit again, but with the recordings of Daisy ( thankyou by the way ) they can be enticed to the channel. some may leave but you never know some may like what they see and stay.

  You just need to convince Amy that recordings are a great advert for their channel as she blocked me today within 5 seconds of logging on to her stream. 
  
  To reinforce what I was saying earlier, I have not seen Daisy for hours now, just Maya and Amy. Even they had a break of a few hours though during early evening, when there was no show at all but checking now at 10-30pm the two of them both have their own stream. Has Daisy gone home? Who knows but I don't think I have seen her for 5 hours so that does seem likely. But all this uncertainty must reduce the level of their business as it is like spinning a roulette wheel dropping by and hoping that your favourite girl will be on screen. In fact sometimes it is even a case as to whether anybody will be on screen at all.

  I think Daisy was on "this morning" with Amy but what time they started I do not know, it was certainly not before 8 .30. I thought the show with Amy and Maya had finished as well but both cams back although I think Maya may have fell asleep again as for at least 30 minutes all we had was the light from the top of the studio and when it was lowered we had Maya's feet on the desk. I don't think Amy has been in the next of moods tonight. Someone asked her about Minny coming back, she didn't answer and cleared her chat.

  I can beat 5 seconds, yesterday it was about one second. In the morning I had been on both Maya's and Kitty's chat no problem. A few hours later I went back on to Maya's and was blocked within one second by Amy. I know this because I logged out and saw Amy sitting at Maya's laptop trying to fix it before she fixed Kitty's.

  Well you have to hand it to Amy. She can never be accused of not being zealous. It surprises me that she has the time to keep blocking people seeing as she is doing so many other jobs as well. Fixing lights, cameras and laptops, buying studio furniture, hiring and firing staff, camera operator, financier and studio manager. Sometimes she even becomes the model as well when she usually attracts more business than anyone else.
  
  I think Daisy only got around 3 phone calls in as many hours with only the occasional pervcam visitor whilst Amy seemed to be a bit busier despite abusing potential customers whose chat she did not like. One guy asked if she would show hers if he showed his on pervcam but that did not go well at all. Lol.

  I know the show is becoming arbitrary as to when the girls will be on but presumably it will settle down and some type of organised shift pattern will emerge. It must be hard for the girls themselves but i suspect Amy is having a nightmare juggling which girls are available as the girls will be looking at other ventures in case the show does come to an end and may have to find a permanent other job. so they may be doing part time work elsewhere.
  i think maybe give Amy a break right now. the stress she must be under is immense. not just can she keep her income but she has the other girls incomes to worry about while trying to keep the show going. i think we all agree the channel would already have gone if not for her.

  I m sure that Amy does indeed need a holiday but with the channel currently trying to settle down after the recent chaos I doubt that this would be possible for quite a while yet. Once we get a full set of girls once more, as we are still two down with Minny and Ice still missing, things may be able to be scheduled better. But as someone pointed out on here that they have different contracts now paying them hourly instead of per shift, it is unlikely that normal shifts will return as before. Unless rules are made that they have to start at a certain time and must do a minimum number of hours, things are likely to remain chaotic from a scheduling point of view.
  
  From a business angle, they really need to reintroduce some structure back into the shows so customers know when they are open for business. A shop that opens and closes randomly will run out of customers who stop going because it is shut unexpectedly whenever they visit. Not only that but when they are open no-one knows so they can spend hours trying for business when few are watching. They didn't have enough girls to comfortably cope with holidays and sickness before but now that they are two down on even that level, many girls will be asked to work nearly every day. But if they work long hours but attract less business, how sustainable is that business model for the long term.

  Talking of the girls working every day we have had every girl apart from Naomi working todsy, there this morning and three this afternoon. I don't know what time the morning show started this morning but both Nadia and Kitty were on at 6.50 when I awoke.
