  yes but i remember ( okay maybe years ago ) when a lot of viewers were all joining together and tipping Daisy and Daisy responded with a show that was ( by the standards of the time ) very hot. so i still find it hard to believe the girls get nothing at all from the tips i myself have stopped tipping them but there is the thing about just wanting to give the girls a tip with nothing in return and going perv cam does not suffice.

  I often want to tip a girl just to reward her for putting on a great show but have neither the time nor opportunity to call them, so tipping is the only option left for me as pervcam just does not work full stop for me. I have lost hundreds of credits trying and will not waste any more money on it. But sadly it seems to be a pointless exercise as it appears that the money goes to the company not to them. However, I think customers are meant to be kept in the dark about this so they keep tipping which means that a girl could get in trouble or even get sacked for saying too much on the matter. 
  
  Someone said on here that Maya 1 got sacked by being too open and honest about company business so they have to be careful about what they reveal it would seem.

  this morning we had both Daisy and Minny on. now i remember i complained on this forum maybe a year ago when we had a lot more natural females and they put 2 non-naturals on at the same time and it was a waste of a shift for me. someone took me to task and asked if i would complain if there were 2 naturals on at the same time. well now i am as that is the whole day gone again. those of us who only watch the naturals cannot watch 2 at once and it is a waste of a shift for us. surely it is possible to spread the girls out.

  I thought Christmas had come early when Daisy and Minny were on together this morning.To solve your problem StJohn watch one on the tv and one on the computer.The only problem is that you know that come 1o'clock the show is over and there are no more girls to come off the bench so unfortunately you have to return to the real world.

  Even worse still is that they were doing a morning show which I can rarely watch and may catch the last hour if I am lucky. Usually little happens then and with so few videos being recorded now I have no idea if it was a great show or very quiet earlier. But I agree that having one natural female on each shift is likely to be the most successful option to appeal to all tastes.

  Have you not thought about becoming a VIP again stjohn66? Shows are hot and recording calls is once again possible so it may be a good time to consider this before the shows cool down again.

  to be honest Mr Zz, i never thought leaving VIP would be permanent but it has been over a month now and i have not really missed it. i do not visit anywhere near as much as i did but i do not have the overall interest, even when there was a host of lovely Nat fems i used to pick one or 2 to chat with. occasionally i would chat with another of the girls just as i was passing times in their rooms ( i think we used to enter a 'thai-chat' room without actually knowing who was in there. now i have a quick look and if Daisy or Minny are not there i am off. which sometimes has been a mistake as i have noticed by the vids that they have shown up and worked late and like you i am more of a late night guy than early morning. i have not really chatted with either for a while and i think it is best to keep in touch regularly so they get to know you. so i may be past the point of no return. i will try to give Daisy or Minny a call when they are on late sometime and see how it goes.

  Fair enough stjohn but I mentioned VIP as I know that you like to record your calls as well as the corresponding video and you may not have been aware that this option has now returned. But if you aren't calling much then i guess this doesn't matter much any more. 
  
  Sadly it seems that a lot of other people are watching and calling less than before besides yourself when you consider that Daisy said that someone was only her 2nd caller of the day near the end of her shift. If that is the case for Daisy then what hope is there as she is usually so popular? Her saying that she was lonely on the chat was also very sad too. Maybe the channel has become so ladyboy orientated now, many previous fans who only liked the natural females on the show have slowly drifted away, meaning that the business for Daisy and Minny has fallen in recent times. Even though this has left behind what is probably their minority audience who prefer ladyboys, their business is being shared between 5 of them so it is thinly spread. They have recruited a new girl in Kitty which is a step in the right direction but she has only done 2 or 3 shows in 2 weeks I think.

  Going back years ago I would say that there was a time when the split was similar to now but reversed so natural females were in the majority and only one or two ladyboys. However, when the hardcore channel was prevalent they had a majority of ladyboys then like now. So I think it has fluctuated over time between one extreme and the other with periods when it has been more balanced. But I don't think they have ever had a time when they had just 2 natural females on their books but Amy and Kitty 2 are in addition to these of course.
  
  Money may be short for many too which may contribute to the reduced business but that is hard to quantify unless you regularly watch all the channels to see if they are equally affected. 
  
  Kitty 2 started her shift today bottomless and it paid off as frequent flashes eventually led to a long phone call and a pervcam. Ice similarly has had some long phone calls after being very bold to camera so at least today business has been brisk to reward them for trying hard for business.

  first of all let me endorse what philmo said." if you like a girl call her" if not let it be ( i think paul mccartney said something similar)
  but to go back to what Mr Zz said when i first started it was TV ( television for me, ) the 4 am show i did not know about rampant and it was almost completely 'nat fems" ( i am trying it out ) with if i remember Ali, cherry, sami. sara doing almost all the shifts at some point with only Nadia and someone called nancy ( and someone who never smiled whose name i forget ) the 'non-nats' there was amy of course and then along came a whole host of gorgeous girls. nana. ( not the current ) kitty. (not the ,,,) jasmine, victoria daisy, so the demographic has been reversed. but the Grandduke has been around a lot longer than me i know he talks about apple and ice e.t.c so he would know more. but they did have quite a few girls come and not stay long but i think it was mainly 'nat fems'
