  Puzzling. Minny is gorgeous but I have to say that her performances have been very disappointing. If she loosened up she could be an absolute gold mine for the channel. Those rare times when she pushed the envelope were pure bliss.

  I have also noticed that on some shows the girls are not on the Red Couch for very long. Sometimes it seems that they are only on there for about twenty minutes before they go back on tv. Also Ice showed yesterday that they can go naked on the other couch provided they use the Red Couch for TV.

  The weird thing to me were the long stretches when only one girl was on screen, despite the fact that the other girl was there, and how one of them would go onto the red couch for a few minutes and then just disappear (not for private or pervcam).

  Exactly the same thing happened this morning. Maya went on to the Red Couch for a very short 20 minutes, then went back on TV. Ice just disappeared, never went on to the Red Couch at all before she reappeared on TV an hour later. All the time TV is saying she is available for calls.

  From a business point of view, I cannot imagine what this is all about, but it doesn't seem to be just random. I've noticed that calls seem scarce during this routine.

  For one reason or another I vowed myself never to post again on this forum.
  This will be either ignored or be subjected to the usual inane analysis from those whom the term barrack room lawyer most assuredly applies.
  The disgusting tip target for the viewers gratification is one step beyond the pale.
  To take away any control a girl has over her show and have it replaced by the whims of no doubt greasy stained tee shirt wearing beer sloths, whose childhood memories of bathing have left indelible marks of scum upon them, is tantamount to abuse.
  Every girl should feel comfortable with her approach to the job, but that has been negated by the hideous tip target.
  I have read the comments published recently by you bunch of people, and it's akin to world of David Attenborough's, all sodding doom and gloom and treating people like animals in a zoo for ones own rather biased and hypercritical enjoyment.
  If you want a girl who you like to perform do something special, then ring her and give her the choice of either doing it or not.
  Tip show..a cretinous idea enjoyed by brainless wankers like you.

  Not sure I like it either, but it's the management that constantly finds new and fiendish ways of prying cash from customers...the cam sites have been doing the tip targets for a long time.

  The major problem I have with the tip target is that not only are some of the targets ridiculous like this morning Amy asking for 1,000 tips for a 5 minute oil show, but also my understanding is that the girls do not get any of the tips. If this can be confirmed it will be nice to nice.

  That was my objection too - the girls themselves always said they don't get the tips. And not just on the Thai channel - I saw that on LSL too.

  Yes I have seen that said many times on the chat box by a variety of girls on both of the channels that you mentioned. They have also confirmed this when I have rung them and asked them the question directly.
  
  But creating a tip target seems to swing things the other way. If they are being expected to put on a special show as a thank you for all the tps received when a target is reached, it would only seem sensible and motivational for them to do so, if they did at least get some financial reward for it.  It may not be an actual percentage of the tips made but instead an extra bonus paid if the target is reached. That would make some sense and would encourage them to engage with the idea.
