  This is the one big failing with the channel over the years, an explainable inconsistency between girls performances on a show as to what they will and will not show to camera. Sometimes the same girl will gleefully go topless one day and suddenly show nothing the next.
  
  I used to explain this away by speculating that they had been given a rocket by their bosses, or direct from BS themselves, about showing to much for free and that they must save it for pervcam. Pervcam is the core strategy for making money at Babestation.
  
  So a girls natural desire to please a caller had to be balanced against her conflicting instructions on how she had to behave to funnel customers towards pervcam as her main aim. Girls who are being prudish for callers are probably following their instructions to the letter and hoping for greater reward as a result.
  
  The shows would be very different if that was scrapped and they showed the same for web viewers making a phone call.

  Mark, we have pay to view channels as well as the free ones, as part of our satellite package. The ones you have to pay for show hard core porn I think but i do not subscribe to find out, as it is really expensive. The free ones are the standard fare you see on here already.

  The corollary to no money, no honey is pay money, get honey. This is why I have an issue with the girls who won't show anything to callers during the night show hours.

  Absolutely agree. They cannot use that mantra if they never show any honey when money is spent. This used to be one of my pet hates for girls like Sami who guarded her breasts like the crown jewels. She loosened up from time to time and she was fabulous then but these occasions were all too rare.

  Absolute rock bottom this morning. Ali didn't show up until 4:40, and then took another 10 minutes so put on her makeup, eat and drink before she ever showed her face. Then when she did, Nadia sauntered in. They didn't start the show until 4:55. This NEVER happened in the past - the Thai girls were always punctual, without all the drama of no-shows and late arrivals of the UK girls. They keep scheduling Ali and Nadia together, and I have no idea why. Ali can't seem to get to work on time, and Nadia doesn't give a damn- she's poison right now. Notice that when Ali was scheduled to work with Amy at 4am, she was actually early!! The 4 am web show is actually starting to show a little life when girls like Ali, Amy, and Kitty work it. This nonsense just kills it. They should not tolerate this.

  It is weird how they continue to indulge Nadia with her general bad attitude. Is it because they are short of girls and are just grateful that Nadia is willing to come in at all to help them out? She probably earns good money on her other job, so this job may be pin money by comparison and a lot more hassle.

  Ali has never been a fan of the aftershows that I tried to introduce, despite being one of the most obliging of girls at stripping off normally. Bearing in mind that it entails working nights and probably entails not getting to bed until after 5am, she is not a fan of the entire shift come to that. She seems to now refuse to work it at all, which with their limited choices for girls  for the rota, does cause Amy problems.

  I guess that Ali is allowed to dictate to them for the same reason as they allow Nadia to do so, they cannot afford for them to leave. Seeing as they are the only two who refuse to work the late shift, that may be the reason why they are on so often together on the early show.

  When Ali was doing the early shift with Amy, she was a different person completely. Smiling and laughing, showing lots to camera whether on a call or not and generally putting on a great show. This seems to indicate that her mood is brought down by Nadia's current negativity.
  
  I suspect she was deliberately late this morning because she did not want to be left in the lurch by potentially Nadia's own late arrival and then having to do the whole spicy show on her own. When she knew she was working with Amy she was on time, so it is not a case of personal circumstances stopping her from being punctual.

  Another reason why I think that they are arriving late is because they want the entire early show cancelled with hardly any callers now that it is off TV. They seem to regard it as a total waste of their time and are treating it with the disdain they think it deserves.
  
  We would be in full agreement with them if they moved its hours to a time when lots of people could call whether on TV or not.
