  Hi duke I hope you dont mind and I'm probably missing something somewhere but I dont understand the relevance of the show not being on TV I would have thought that would have been better for the spicy shows not worse? Please enlighten a thick mind! haha

  Amy and Kitty on this afternoon always something going on with Amy on the show I wonder if she will do a half shift again today and get one of the newbe's on Iwas hoping to see Alice again by now hope she hasn't fallen by the wayside

  As I was saying earlier duke hope your recording problems have been sorted out. I will do some recording later hope they wont get lost like they have been lately Has anyone else been losing the videos they have recorded?

  The girls only perform for money in the current set up. No calls no show.
  
  When a show is not on TV between 4am to 5am UK time, hardly anyone will be watching the show and out of the small number that do, perhaps only 1% will actually call. This means that the girls will sit there bored waiting for calls that never come which kills the spicy show completely.
  
  They realise that calls will be few and far between even if they tried to put on a spicy show, so they just don't bother. If it was web only during the day time and could show anything that Babestation would allow, which admittedly would not be a lot, they would get lots of calls because the vast majority of their audience would actually be awake and not asleep. If it was still on TV in the early hours, the audience may be tenfold of what it is now which could give ten calls in the hour rather than the single call now. 
  
  People now expect a rubbish show so even fewer are watching at that hour, which means even less calls and the vicious cycle continues. The girls realise this and so don't even bother trying when they get their solitary phone call in the hour. They are as fed up as we are about the situation but like us, they are helpless pawns in all this.

  Alice only tends to do one or two shows a week still but now seems to have progressed to full shifts. Her wardrobe has improved considerably too after some style tips. 
  
  The half shifts are mainly done now to accommodate Jasmine's college work, which means someone has to do the other half. Most girls do not want the inconvenience of getting to and from the studio for only half pay, which is why it is usually generous Amy who volunteers to do it.
  
  If Amy and Kitty start a shift, I am pretty sure that they will finish it too.

  Ironically, Outlaw has been complaining for months that he has been losing videos, although a lot of these are because the connection was lost during his recording. For the last month, recordings have been working like a dream for me, the first time ever that I can remember when 100% of my recordings appeared in the Tube and played perfectly.
  
  As I have remarked earlier, this all came crashing down with the new software implementation for recordings that came in on Monday. Now videos are disappearing again, especially ones around the aftershow time. Now I cannot name videos myself and the default name is a massive string of rubbish for me alone it seems.
  
  An old saying in IT has always been, if it ain't broke, DON'T fix it, for the very reason you now see.

  You are right in everything you say here. I had hoped that one or two of the girls would step up and at least give a tease show when a rare caller called, but that just hasn't happened and it just won't until there are major changes. Once again, shout out to Ali who has been the only one to flash since this all happened.

  Sure do miss those 4am shows..I used to have my alarm set each morning with the hope of a spicy Nadia show..

  Ali has always been my favourite girl on the spicy shows as you always know what you are going to get with her. Often she would do the majority of the show topless and is maybe the only one who stays that way between calls, Amy excepted. 
  
  She seems to have a real aversion to the late shift and rarely does one now. I would like to see what she would be like on an aftershow as she gives me the impression that she is not in favour of them, which seems strange for the showiest of girls on the channel alongside Amy, who supports the concept entirely.

  Just spoke with Amy on the phone today. Things are really tough right now. Would be a very nice gesture for someone to ring her and cheer her up a bit. Sometimes just to be told how much you are appreciated goes a long way.
