  It appears though that he was seduced by the devil when he entered into this contract, as it is tailored to suit Babestation but has destroyed much of the charm of the channel, which made it so unique. Introducing pervcam was a terrible idea and raising prices for a show which is not marketed or publicised in any way has lot it a lot of fans already.
  
  Now they are getting the thin end of Babestation's wedge but paying dearly for it. The loss of the spicy show means a complete rethink is necessary.
  
  Now is the time to change the shifts for the girls so that the first shift runs from 6am to 3pm and the second from 3pm to midnight. The second shift should perform a webshow for 2 hours where they can show what they like, not being on TV. It is highly unlikely that Babestation will rent them channel time on TV after 10pm as it will compete with their own girls on the adult shows.

  Now everything starts to make much more sense. Babestation call all the shots but only get part of the profits. That is why every decision made marginalises Thailand and favours the UK girls, where BS collect 100% of all the profits. This never made sense before when it was generally perceived that Babestation owned Thai Chat but it does now.

  I do think this current funk is another phase in the long saga. I do believe that BS is assessing it options now that they have lost the Sky channel they had, and I do believe that somehow there will be another day for "night show" content on Thai Chat. But we will have to ride out this down time, as we have done in the past.

  Mark, I am pleased that you have asked for help. Hopefully you will be sorted soon. 
  
  From what you said earlier, it seems that you asked for a password reset. Did that not work? If your sole problem is that you cannot log on to your account I would have thought that would have solved your problem.

  I don't blame you Tony if you give up your VIP. My own decision will hinge on whether aftershows can still be engineered and whether video recording is still working correctly. After that, it will be whether the girls are still allowed to flash to the webcam during TV shows which will become a subsidiary reason.
  
  However, I have a week or two yet before that decision needs to be made.

  I agree derryman. We are in another downturn in the cycle for Thai Chat but we just need to be patient to see what the upturn will be. 
  
  Potentially the best (but also most risky) scenario, is if Babestation decided to end the contract because it was not getting enough money to make it worthwhile. I don't know what the get-out clauses are like in the contract, or if indeed there are any at all. It is not in Thai culture for them to renege on an agreement as that would be dishonourable, so any closure would have to be prompted I suspect from the UK.
  
  If that happened, they could still rent channel time on TV but would be left to manage the channel independently. I suspect that TV time would reduce and pervcam would probably disappear, whilst (sexy?) webshows may become a regular thing again. However, that is still a fantasy scenario as a lot would need to happen before then

  A change got implemented today for recording videos which seems to have messed up recordings of Thai Chat. It does not matter whether you give it a custom name or not, every recording is given the same massive corrupt name as shown below. Rather unfortunately, videos from every other channel are perfect, so only Thai Chat videos are affected. Why am I not surprised. LOL.

  How did you get on Mark? Did it work for you? One thing I should have suggested before is that you can set up another account if your current one is giving you problems.

  Derryman raised in another thread the question as to why Thai Chat seems to be more heavily reliant on TV fans than the other channels and so suffers heavily when off TV.
  
  He suggested that its fans may be older than is the average but although that may well be true, I think there is another factor in play. Have you noticed how the Babestation channels on TV all advertise a website to call the girls from. Thai Chat fans never see this as it is excluded from the on-screen graphics on their shows. That is why I watched the shows for years on TV only, blissfully unaware that a web stream was even available as an alternative.
  
  I suspect that the majority of fans watching it on TV today have a similar lack of knowledge.

  All younger fans (who may watch the UK girls more) are very likely to have modern smartphones and are familiar with using them to access websites. They probably watch a lot of the adult channels using this form of media and is definitely the future which now is rapidly becoming the present.
  
  Thai Chat is the only channel which does not work on a phone. This wasn't always the case but it stopped working about 2 years ago, interestingly about the time that Babestation took over the technical management of the channel. Was this a coincidence or yet another move to remove extra competition to its own channels? Whatever the reason, this will heavily influence the number of people who watch the show on the web and in so doing, further increase the average age of Thai Chat fans generally.
