  They have targets for call time in a certain number of minutes; I don't know what that figure is. I remember a couple of years back, if they got more than 100 minutes call time, they got a small bonus - though the bonus was pitifully small. But very often girls would appeal to customers that they needed such-and-such minutes to reach their quota. Sami used to put that figure in her perv chat box for asmudger to read; Amy used to ask me to call one of the girls and she would tell me how many minutes needed to reach quota. I don't know if there is any quota for perv and I am sure there is not one for tips. The girls used to have their pervcams on pretty much all the time when they were not on break, but lately certain girls have been turning it off for long stretches - Om now has hers turned off for most of her shift, and today Sami and Nadia also had theirs off for the hour or so after the dismal spicy show, even though they were on the couch together.

  Some of the actions of the girls does seem to smack of a sort of protest, along the lines of what Om has been doing for weeks.
  
  There was another first on the day show too when Ali wore all-covering black tights for virtually her entire shift, which rendered her normal 'accidental' pantie flashing obsolete. Even when she went to pervcam, she still had her tights on when she got up again so no idea what she showed. Har to believe that she struggled to out them on again after every cam caller.
  
  There is no doubt the girls are unhappy about something but the virtual close down of the spicy hour may be a crackdown once more by their bosses on them showing too much, but now they show nothing.

  Well Amy is on today so we may be able to gauge her mood about the current state of affairs during the show. May not be the best day to try for an aftershow if the mood is a little down.

  Mark, the problems you seem to be having with calling seem to relate to you logging into your account. However, you must be logged in successfully in order to post in this forum, so I am a little puzzled. 
  
  Once you are logged into your account, you should be able to click on the purple CALL button above the stream and see the call options. Can you get this far?

  You are right duke the video was from this morning's early show It looks like Nadia is putting all her energy into her other web adventures as she is only on here about once a week nowadays In fact I thought she had left until derry was good enough to enlighten me

  If what is going on with the spicy show is being initiated by the girls, it reminds me of a work slowdown maneuver - people come to work, but show their displeasure by slowing up the works, doing a poor job, etc. Like traffic controllers sometimes stage these things, and it does get people's attention. Surely has ours.

  This is difficult derry because I agree with what you are saying and it does upset us but it should upset the big fat controllers and I dont think it does in fact I've come to the conclusion that they couldn't care less because if they did surely they would sort it out They are just faceless monsters  As I've said before if they were horses theyd be rounded up and SHOT

  Yes, Tony, it's just pounds sterling in the end, the girls and the customers are just means to an end. It's up to us to care about the girls. The fact is Thai Chat is Amy; she is the only reason it has persisted. All the things that are good and great about it are because of her.

  I  100% agree with you derry - but why is it like this?  In my experience most companies value feedback good or bad and a lot have boxes inviting comments and sugestions from staff and visitors

  Another terrible spicy show with Ali and Nana. Nana got two short calls and Ali none, though Ali had some substantial perv time with old customers. Since they are off TV, this is now a web-only show, meaning they can show anything and everything. But what they are doing is exactly the opposite - Ali went from bikini underwear to a full dress in 20 minutes. Nary an areola from either. No effort at all. There have been bad times, but I have never seen the spicy show this bad. Either they are being told to show nothing or they have taken this action themselves in protest over being pushed off TV again. I've written to BS about it, for all that that is worth.
