  Good on you Mark, it is good to call and feel like you are part of the show. Also, when you get to know the girls and they know you, it increases your pleasure when you are just watching the show on other days. Plus, supporting the girls with our business helps keep them in a job and the channel running.
  
  When you are watching the stream, there should be 3 buttons above it, CALL, TIP and CREDITS. Click on the CALL button and you will be given options to either ring the girl or for her to ring you. You will get further information on the numbers to ring if you click on either of these two buttons. You may need to top up your credits for some of those options though. There is a Freephone number to call if you have some Free minutes in your account that you can spend.
  
  Not sure what the VOICE CALL button is though, as I do not see that on my screen. Are you sure that you are watching on the Rampant website when you see this?

  I do get the point that the channels all have the same owner at the end of the day, so why does it matter who brings the money in. However, in the accounting world, I suspect that they are different business units and those in charge of the UK channels are resistant to their income being potentially eroded by increasing the amount of spicy time on Thai Chat. 
  
  In a world where he who shouts loudest wins, I think the Thai voice is one of the quietest which is why they are always suffering the thin end of every wedge.

  I understand that the girls in Thailand get very little compared to their UK counterparts. Of course, the cost of living there is much less, so that would be expected anyway. However, I also think that it is disproportionately less as well. Sami has said in the past that when their wages were cut earlier this year (or was that at the end of last year), she would need to look for another job to supplement her income as it was not enough to live on any more.

  I think the girls do get a bonus if they hit their daily target for phone call minutes and pervcam minutes. However, I don't think that it is a direct percentage of the money raised by these. That is why some girls support the aftershow concept I think because it gives them a chance to earn some extra minutes when they are short for their bonus that day.
  
  However, the girls are forbidden to talk about such matters in detail with customers,so it again is only what I have surmised during conversations with them over time.

  The TIP button is a controversial subject. The intuitive thing to think is that all the money goes to the girl and not the company, unlike phone calls and pervcam. This tempts customers to tip them generously but I understand that they are being seriously misled.
  
  Some channels such as LSL have been quite open in saying that ALL the TIP money goes directly to the company and they get nothing at all from it. They have begged people tipping to call or use their cam instead, as at least that way they will get something from it.
  
  Hard to work out what the exact situation is for the Thai girls as again they are forbidden to speak about it. Despite this though, multiple girls have confirmed that they get none of the TIP money, as it does not contribute towards their minutes earned that leads to a bonus. However, before I knew this, I tipped Daisy a massive 100 credits in one go towards the end of her webshow when she was all alone on the black couch. Before I knew it we had a tipping frenzy going on, with others joining in with me. Hundreds more credits were tipped by others during the last 30 minutes and Daisy reacted by stripping off completely and laughing continuously. This would suggest that she did get some of the money, unless she was just joining in the fun with high spirits enjoying all the attention she was getting but not benefiting financially from it.
  
  I know the situation is different for the UK girls, who do benefit at least partly from tips given.

  Great reading all your thoughts duke - It was I agree with you great to see Amy Zulee and Alice together some nice videos too - The big problem I'm finding at the moment is that both Zulee and Alice's perv-cams are at 40 pity the horse hasn't been dealt with yet (see previous post of mine re this)

  Yes I noticed the same thing. I really think they have both been around for long enough now their novelty value has disappeared and the extra high price cannot be justified any more. Market forces should dictate really but I don't think that they are getting much business at all at these prices.

  Loving the outfit that Alice has been wearing today. She has borrowed Amy's air stewardess outfit which is super sexy and is wearing sexy pants with it. Together she looks fabulous for the second show in a row. Really looks like Amy is grooming her in the correct way to dress for shows and even lending her own outfits to her as well.
  
  It seems that Alice has also taken on board my advice on what to wear to be really sexy, and Amy listening in at the time, has helped her to achieve the right look. Long may it continue.

  A landmark show this morning then with Zulee doing her first spicy show. However, as we can see from Tony's videos (thanks Tony), very little happened at all.   That's exactly what happened, I think. Zulee probably wasn't ready to do it (though I still think this is the same girl as Mia a couple of years ago), and well, there just weren't many calls. 4 AM is just so unpredictable; you can get super busy Monday morning shows and dead Saturday shows. Of course, I would say that if Amy and Zulee (or any two girls) came out smoking, there would have been more calls. Amy did some nice calls, but clearly she was not in "crazy Amy" mode, probably because she felt she had to look after Zulee.

  I don't remember Mia. Are there any videos around of her do you know? When she did the shows, were they allowed to go topless at that time and if so, did she join in?
