  I have made a search and have found the Nana video that you refer to. It was not the one you recorded and is neither of the two that I recorded either. It is by ShadyAFC, who seemingly is a closet Thai Chat fan, having never heard him speak about the channel anywhere.
  
  I will post a link to it in the Favourite videos thread as that seems the most obvious place to put it for posterity.

  no grandduke . the first 8 or 9 pages are blank thumbnails and cannot be played. however tey have descriptions . times and the names of who recorded them so i am hopeful that they too will make a return. you are right about the avalanche though. there are pages that contain only one vid repeated over and over. strange that they have been viewed different times. maybe some are watching different versions of the same vid which would dilute it star rating and viewning number.

  I have one video that appeared in 11 versions. While a good Thai video may get many views, split 11 ways it will look like hardly anyone has watched it.
  
  But as I have said before, I would certainly prefer to have multiple copies of a video rather than have no video at all. But then again, it would be even better if all videos had only a single copy, they all worked when played and every recording made it to the video section. That sounds though like a Utopia we have not enjoyed for a while.

  Speaking of Nadia, a trend I see that is not so good is that more often than not, one of the two girls arrives late for the 4am show. Today, Nadia did not get on the couch until 4:20, and other girls have come late, as late as 4:45 in recent weeks. This is new, because in the past, the Thai girls were extremely punctual, and this was in contrast to some of the UK channels, where there were a lot of no-shows and late arrivals (usually explained as traffic). I hope this doesn't become the norm. Certain girls, like Amy and Nana, seem to still always be on time.

  tony2907, I can understand you not wanting to renew manually, until you are sure that they will not take another payment as well. Hopefully, it will get resolved today.
  
  At least you are not losing anything in the meantime, seeing as no-one can record any shows, which is the only privilege worth having from VIP status.

  My own VIP runs out this week and I will be cancelling my own renewal unless the video issue gets resolved soon. I cannot understand how such a major issue can remain unresolved for so long.
  
  I had hours to debug major issues and apply a fix when I worked in IT, sometimes working virtually alone. If I didn't 18,000 people would not get paid and a major industrial action would have been on the cards. So why videos are continuing to be a problem, after months of unreliability is beyond me.

  I have to admit derryman, I find the inconsistency in the girls performance totally baffling, like you I suspect. It seems really odd if it is purely down to them being moody. Surely no workplace would tolerate that for long.
  
  That is why I wonder if they are getting messages from London that are being misinterpreted locally and then correctional action taken subsequently, which might explain such dramatic changes in the direction of the shows from day to day.
  
  The same girls were rarely this moody when they were allowed free reign in the webshows last year.
