  There was a Victoria who was one for a while a few years ago. She was young; Amy knew her since "Victoria" was a small child. This new Victoria was definitely not her. You're right, though, that it is hard to find new girls so they aren't likely to turn them down after one shift!

  Yes glad that you agree with me. I find it hard to understand what is going on there. I cannot ring for at least a week now as well, so I cannot ask for more information either. If only they could talk on the chat box!

  Mind you though, it was not even a shift in this case. They were only for around a couple of hours and I only saw one of them take a phone call in that time. If they were having a trial, surely it would be for longer than that, I would have thought.

  Sigh...they can't all be good. The spicy hour with Nana and Sami was a non-event today. Nana got one long call and showed nothing; Sami got zero calls and stayed fully dressed. Disappointing, 4 am time slot sucks. By contrast, the 20-minute afterparty Amy and Om did yesterday evening was really nice and just shows how much more business they could do if they shifted the broadcast schedule.

  I got up really early this morning but still too late for the 4am show. However, I was chatting to someone on the chat box who seemed new. His name suggested he liked Nadia, so I invited him to join us here. He said he would and also that he would become a VIP, after I sold it to him outlining all the advantages.

  As he already rings the girls on the 4am show, I may have found an additional person who can also record those shows. With tony2907 still struggling to regain his VIP status due to card issues, another person to do this is very welcome.
  
  We cannot have too many videos of those shows, as we never know when they may suddenly cease.

  Now back up and running with my VIP glad to report guys  Will try and record  early shows again (if worth recording) some of the early morning shows are very boring these days  (same old same old)  Only Amy and a couple of the others seem that bothered They do a really good show one day and the next its not worth watching They need a few new faces to liven things up I dont know what you guys think???

  Have you seen Alice, the new girl who is working a full shift today? They have her on pervcam too, but set the price higher than Daisy's (4 credits/min and 6 for private), so I hope they get that rectified. I guess ramp has gone back to the single digits rather than multiplying everything by 10 - though I think on BS it's still a factor of 10. Confusing. I remember when they did the changeover the last time, I tipped Amy 50 and she got REALLY excited until I explained to her that it really was only a 5 pound tip. Then I felt a little cheap haha!! Anyway, Alice is very cute, slender if that's your cup of tea, and seems to have the instincts for this. We shall see!

  Very excited to see Alice doing a full show. New blood is rare and usually is just the return of old stars. The first completely new person since Elli joined the show. Problem is that the new girls rarely stay even if the last a few months e.g. Maya and Elli.

  Daisy is doing a great job at training Alice at how to put on  a show for TV. She never stops trying which is what I love about her. Some girls just sit there but Daisy rarely does.
