  This still begs the question as to whether Jasmine, Sami, Elli and Ali are still refusing to come in under their new terms and conditions. The afternoon shift will be interesting to see who comes in as there is only Nadia, Kitty and Daisy to choose from otherwise. 
  
  5 girls is simply not enough to cover 4 girls a day doing 9 hour shifts each. Their pay even before the reduction was so bad, they were struggling to attract new girls as it was not attractive even compared to local wages. One girl said that she needed to get a second job to make ends meet, as the pay was barely enough to live on, even on the better old terms and conditions, and she was one with a superfan paying towards her bonuses too.
  
  The outlook does not look good unfortunately.

  I cannot understand why they don't utilise the black couch studio for webshows like they tried before. Now it is seriously underused as it is reserved exclusively for pervcam.
  
  One girl can be on TV as is the case now but the other girl can give a sexy webshow to callers. They would still have pervcam as now so they would lose no revenue but they would substantially increase call volumes for virtually no extra cost. They are paying a girl 9 hours wages currently but she is only on screen earning money for half that time. Surely that makes no commercial sense for a show that is reputedly losing money.

  Yes I made 2 phone calls to her when I saw that she was flagging. Spent over an hour on the phone with her to cheer her up which I think I managed to do. Despite being so tired, she still gave a super hot show like the true professional performer she is. Glad to say that I was not the only one, as some of her other big fans spent a lot of time with her on the phone as well as some cam time.

  I called and perved that day...losing the Thai Channel is inconceivable to me! Just got off perv with Amy this morning. She is the best performer I've seen on any channel.

  Great to see Ali and Kitty starting the PM show. So things are looking better now with 6 girls working and just Elli, Sami and Jasmine yet to show. Jasmine has a lot of studying to do, so her absence could be explained by that alone. Hopefully, that is the case.

  I noticed on Sami's perv chat that she encouraged her customer to call her when she works from home. Does anyone know if she is working for one of the cam sites, or is she saying that her pervcam banner will appear on the ramp site, or even on the BS cam site? I know that in the past some of the girls have worked from home, and in the current situation with getting their wages cut some might be trying to supplement their earnings this way. I would like to know if any of the girls is available outside their regular shifts on TV.

  Kudos to Amy and Jasmine for a very hot spicy show on Saturday morning! Despite being under pressure from BS, Amy is still coming up with amazingly entertaining stuff. And with Amy, Jasmine is a little firecracker. She is about as physically perfect as a girl can be.

  Yes I love Jasmine and especially so when she works with Amy. Jasmine is perfectly happy to show anything and everything to callers but is constantly looking for reassurance as to how far she is allowed to go. When she is with Amy, she feels confident to push her limits to the edge more than when when with any other girl.

  Hi all, 12 February is Amy's BIRTHDAY!!! Let's all give her a call sometime this evening or tomorrow (don't know if she works tomorrow) to make her feel special and thank her for general wonderful-ness.
