Saturday 19th October and there was still flooding around which caused Ice to be late for the morning shift, so Ali had to start on her own... Also the TV channel was having a wobbly and decided not to show anything, but at least the webstream was still ok...

It sort of shows that most callers come from the TV channel as it was a wilderness of non calling with the TV channel still off, so meanwhile Ice entertains the cleaners baby while she pops out to the shops...
