i dont' know the specific details of skyrim, but if it's anything like oblivion was, like if it's made in the same spirit/style and you're into some serious RPG action, then i think you'll get a lot of play value out of oblivion, bethesda tend to make loooong games where you can really do a LOT of different stuff
infact if the oblivion games are anything like the fallout games i'll probably enjoy them.
