Simultaneous? Not ideal. They can get warm pretty quickly with all that steam.

The real pros have their lady fetch a fresh one straight from the fridge just as they're about to run out.

Looking at the picture, took me several seconds to realise that the babe in the picture was even holding a beer. Probably not wise, who wants there beer watered down. Besides, if you happen to be in the shower with her i suspect having a beer is the last thing on your mind. Have the bevvie afterwards to celebrate.
