who would be fooled by that letter it is so crap. But then again maybe a lot of employees with the tax office cannot spell or do not no grammar. Maybe they are taking that into account and trying to make it look real. The give away but is the missing reference number. No government employee would dare leave out a reference number, they live by them :)
