I think this is from the X files, not sure, but think it is. What I do know is that I enjoyed watching the (earlier) episodes of X files, and I LOVED watching Gillian Anderson!!

No, it's not, but you are VERY close. It is a similar program that was originally shown in the 60's, with a voice-over introduction from "control".......
