  Do we need to have a credit card registered with you guys to be able to redeem our free points?
  
  Also when calling do we need to go to the 'call' page each time to get a PIN or will it always be the same for our logins?

  No you don't need to have a credit card registered i've not and it worked fine, just need to fill in a few things.
  I don't think you need to go to the call page each time,
  you have to the first obviously but if when you first call the the points line it will ask if you want it to remember your number if you do that then it redirects you to the same line as the regular number instantly i think whenever you call the points line again,
  but if you don't write down the number it gives to call to use the points, it begins in 03, then you probably will have to login in each time.
  basically it's pretty much straight forward redeeming your points at first and you get a pin that you will have to enter the first time you call the 03 number but as i said if you get it to remember your number when you first call i don't think you'll need the pin everytime.

  yeah this is spot on how you just explained mate im now just waiting to build up enough minutes from my posts for points thats taking in account the menus, waiting for current caller at the time etc all tho am not too far off now can not wait, once reached enough points and redeemed my free minutes will be waiting for the girl i want naughty conversation with it will most probably be one that really got me going there are few them to say the least

  just redeemed my lot of free minutes now just waiting for the right girl to be on screen before calling as prefer calling particular ones not that any of the girls are unpleasant to call as they are all great in their own ways

  how many points do you need before you are able to call up? it just says i have insufficient credit and need to top up :( please help! dying to use my minutes

  well every 10 points = 1 min on the phone, so if you have only 10 in your account you'd only be able to call for 1 min which probably wouldn't get you through the menu's. but if you also have a credit card linked to your account then when your free mins run out it automatically debits the extra from the card.
