And how do you attach this to your phone number?
Like, how do we cash these points in when we call up?

all this info is already on the forums in one thread or another but,
1) as far as i know there is no upper limit. i think the most i have had on here before redeeming them was about 514 points and i currently have over 40mins sat in my account so there doesn't seem to be a upper limit or if there is it's very high.
2/3)when you click "redeem points" up the top of the screen it will add them to your account, it will then give you a different number to normal (starting 03) that you call and a pin number. when you want to call use that number and enter your pin and a couple other details, it will ask if you want it to remember your details, if you always use the same phone then just say yes and then in the future anytime you call you use the 03 number and it puts you through to the main menu you get when you call the normal number (to choose the girl etc...)
think that covers everything, it's all very straight forward really -

i have posted a couple today and my points havent gone up? whats up with that?
plus, a lot of my pic's and gif's are going missing! really would like to keep posting gif's and pic's as many enjoy them but am going to stop of they keep disapearing! i mean, what the point of finding good content only for it to disappear and i lose the posts! -

I've been trying to access the call from a microphone function on the live page but I cannot seem to get it to work? How come? Do I need a credit card of some sort?
Basically when I click it it says 'Oops, your account balance is low' when I already have >£1 credit?
Help plz!

how much credit do you actually have in your account? as by the sounds of it you probably don't have enough to get through the menu's or something hence it's saying you need more to call. as for the microphone not working it's more than likely a problem with your computer/settings as although i've not called using a microphone myself i know that quite a few others have and haven't had any problems with it -

Humiliate me pretty much hit it on the nail.
Also, Your microphone needs to be set as your default device (You can do this in the bottom right in volume options). It should happen as default assuming you dont have several mics plugged into your PC, but best to double check.
You may need to restart your browser, or PC, after making these changes, to ensure the flash gets the update information.
