When you've been wronged by someone people always like to dish out shit cliche advice like "turn the other cheek" or "don't lower yourself to their level", but sometimes that just doesn't work. Sometimes you just want to get some petty revenge on the asshole that fucked you over. This recent thread on AskReddit asked the Reddit community to describe their funniest and most petty revenge stories and some of them are pure genius. Juvanile but genius!

My Ex cheated with a married man. He now lives with her. He is a Piece of shit...but anyway, I still have login for her DVR. I logged in, erased all her shows, then recorded only the show "Cheaters." Petty, but it makes me laugh.

Kid stole my water bottle. I opened it up and left it inside his backpack.

Girlfriend did the dirty on me so I planned a road trip as a way for us to heal. Drove until tank was empty and pulled into a gas station. She grabbed her purse and went to the bathroom. I put a minimal amount of gas in and turned around and went home. Went to her place, told her roommate what I did and gave her my ex's luggage.

Banged the roommate about a month later.
No regrets have been had

Girlfriend cheated on me with my best friend.

My best friend had herpes.
I never told her or anyone else that he had herpes because that's not what friends do.

Slept with my cheating ex girlfriends most hated person of all time, brought up that she was in better shape when asked about it.

Got with my cheating girlfriend's best friend, which consequently ruined their friendship.
At the time my ex suffered from panic attacks that were brought on by the thought of being sick. Thanks to me helping her, she hadn't had a panic attack in months. As soon as she found out about me and her friend she gave me the satisfaction of knowing that she had vomited and had the worst panic attacks of her life. She then had to put up with seeing me walking about campus holding her best friend's hand.

Revenge really can be sweet!
