We had our stream checked out in multiple places and no one is experiencing any choppiness. However the feed we receive now is a higher bandwidth than the previous stream so this might explain why you are getting the issue. -

Thanks.
Acknowledge that it might be my limited bandwidth as I'm limited to about 4Meg.
Is there a recomended spec for using this service?
edit. just checked and my hi-spec pc is not choppy but the more modest spec pc that lives behind the tv is struggling. I'll look into it tomorrow.
It's not line speed that's causing it: more like processing speed dealing with the flash processing.
edit 2. definitely the cpu usage on my modest pc that is not coping. Hitting 90% on that pc on that stream. 20% and smooth on my i7 linux pc.
Anything known about the reason why we seem to lose service every weekend? -

Annoyingly it's a problem with the provider since they have moved to a new system. We have however messaged them and made them aware that these drops in broadcast can't keep happening.
Well, it must be Saturday, because right now ( 15:08 ) PassieXXX is just a blank box with a smattering of garbled audio. It was working OK this morning and probably up till about 13:00.
And of course, I've tried it on multiple devices accross windows and Linux and different browsers.
Please give the guys 'at source' a gentle poke with a cattle prod. Do they have Service Level Agreements? because this ought to cost them just as it costs us and might cost you.
No doubt, it will be Monday before you progress this, by which time there might be no obvious problem. That does not make it less annoying for us paying customers.
Regards,

Hi oooo,
We've set a meeting with the channel provider to end these unsatisfactory breaks in the broadcast. -
